Would recommend for a short interlude

Beautiful hotel, beautiful ambiance, with comfortable spacious rooms with great air-con and a lovely swimming pool perfect for relaxation.

Don't have any issues at all.

We had a pleasant time. Fairly clean place, staff was hospitable and best. The room was extremely pleasant & brand-new with good shower and music plus AC.

That menu was missing.

Reception area locked upon arrival!!! Limited parking with broken-down cars occupying spaces!!! Rooms felt small and uninviting compared to charming common areas!!!

We ate at a good restaurant with tasty food and good prices. The location was prime and perfect as it was near restaurants and bars. The property was near the beach.

Clean hotel with a magnificent location and very pleasant staff. Well-equipped and new-fashioned room with climate control, a safe box and multi-channel TV. Location so close to restaurants as well, and an amazing restaurant right on the water. Nearby Pelicano Beach Club - great place to chill out...

I loved the vibe at Batey Hotel Boutique. The location is perfect-right in the center of town and super close to the beach. The pool on the first level was great, and I enjoyed the outdoor Jacuzzi on the second floor. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Raul. He made sure every drink was just right and kept everyone smiling. But I had some issues too. My room was small with only a few outlets, and I had to pull the bed out just to charge my phone. It was frustrating trying to use my credit card for payment. It kept getting declined, and they couldn't help me resolve it on-site. I had to call my bank the next day to confirm everything was fine with my cards. The cleanliness and restaurant food were excellent, but I wish the staff would have been more consistent in their service. The check-out experience was especially difficult due to the lack of exit signs, hard to find my way out at 4:30 AM, almost making me miss my flight.

Good ambiance with room for improvement

The restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices, and breakfast was good as well. The room I received could use an upgrade, as it had an odd smell and wasn't as charming as the common areas. It was a pleasant stay, but addressing the room conditions would make it even better.

great central area for exploring boca chica's beaches and eateries

I really enjoyed my stay, especially since the hotel is just a few steps from Playa Boca Chica and a short walk from several nice restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and.

the bathroom was tiny. but the breakfast had a great variety. the staff were super friendly and welcoming. the pizza from the wood oven was delicious. really enjoyed our stay!

Charming, Charming, Charming

I had the most good time soaking in the rooftop hot tub while surrounded by lush greenery! The made-to-order breakfast every morning was a mouthwatering treat, especially the eggs and fresh juice. Plus, the staff were great, waiting up for us even after a delayed flight. Talk about hospitality!

Perfect for a quick beach escape

Hotel staff were cute. The breakfast was a hit, made to order and really hit the spot, like a breath of fresh air after a long journey.

Excellent customer service throughout my stay.

The bathroom was quite outdated, and the sliding door barely fit. I felt uncomfortable with the staff's lack of respect. They were unprofessional, dismissive, and took too long to assist. The experience was disappointing given the high expectations.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Double Room. The rooftop deck features a jacuzzi pool. Friendly staff provide excellent service. The restaurant serves delicious meals, including fantastic seafood pasta. It's only a short walk to the beach 🌊

Modern rooms with excellent showers and air conditioning, as well as delicious breakfast served in the restaurant.
